The restaurant, owned by Alberto Ania, does not yet have a grand opening date, a website, or any updated social media made yet.

A Facebook page for the business is available to the public, but appears inactive.

What Now Jacksonville reached out to Ania, but did not immediately hear a response.

No Way Jose Mexican Bar and Grill is expected to serve a menu of traditional Mexican inspired cuisine including burritos, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, and will also serve alcohol for both lunch and dinner service. Due to some details of the restaurant’s opening being unavailable, it is likely that the restaurant is in the early stages of the opening process and may not be ready for business until later this year.

The Mexican restaurant will neighbor many business in the Baymeadows area, including Blacktail Bar and Grill, The Rib Shack, Beirut Lebanese restaurant, and 1928 Cuban Bistro.

Pending other permits and construction is completed in a timely manner, the Baymeadows neighborhood of Jacksonville may be able to enjoy this authentic eatery as soon as this summer.
