The company’s fifth site is set to move into the Publix-anchored Plaza at Normandy retail center at northwest Normandy Boulevard and Chaffee Road in West Jacksonville, according to a recent plan review application. Other retailers listed in the leasing brochure for the development include Encore Nails, AT&T, and a UPS Store. The new Xtreme Wings has no exact opening date, considering it is still awaiting permit approval before moving forward.

When the new location opens later this year, customers can expect the same sports-themed restaurant as the other locations, featuring a handful of pre-game warm-ups, including team-sized appetizers that are good for the whole table. Aside from the world-famous wings, with at least 18 different flavors, Xtreme Wings also features half-pound Angus burgers, stadium sandwiches, soups, salads, wraps, tacos, and more. The restaurant also offers a happy hour from 4 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

Xtreme Wings Sports Grille already has four locations throughout Northeast Florida, mainly in popular shopping centers, including the Atlantic-Kernan Shops and Cedar Bay Village. Now, the company is getting ready to open a new location in a new development near Cecil Commerce Center and the First Coast Expressway. Wagner Property Group bought the 19.4-acre property in West Jacksonville in February 2022 to develop the shopping center.
