The company’s new location will sit on 8.5 acres at the entrance of Seven Pines, featuring two stories of 85,000 square feet of space with a 50,000-square-foot outdoor beach club, according to Jacksonville Daily Record. The outdoor beach club will feature a combined lap and leisure pool, waterslide, outdoor bistro, resort/lounge-style seating, and more. Renderings of the project show a LifeCafe will also be included on the property. There is no exact timeline for the opening.

The development will include eight outdoor pickleball courts, group fitness studios, a training floor, free-weight equipment, a basketball court, locker rooms, a cold plunge, a sauna, steam rooms, and showers. When guests and members are not enjoying these amenities, they are welcome to cool down and recharge at LifeCafe, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No matter what time you’re ordering, the company offers real, wholesome, good-for-you, chef-crafted food that is conveniently packaged to take with you. Those who want to eat at the cafe will choose breakfast sandwiches, burritos, salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more. LifeCafe also offers plenty of drink options, including tea and coffee options.

“The secret to seeing results is making smart food choices,” according to the company’s website. “Our LifeCafe executive chef works closely with trainers and dietitians to create meals and snacks rich with the perfect nutrients for your body.
