Owner Jie Wang tells What Now Jacksonville they’re working with a professional designer on the interior of the restaurant to make the location unique. The new spot also includes a shaded outdoor patio for additional seating.

You can find their original Volcano Sushi House at Windsor Commons. Wang says the new location will feature a similar menu of sushi, sashimi, and Hibachi, with specialty rolls and shareable starters like Sushi Tacos, plus daily lunch and dinner specials.

The latest Volcano Japanese restaurant is expected to open in Spring 2023. Stay updated by visiting their Website
