The company’s second location is set to move into the Tioga Town Center later this year, according to a recent social media announcement by the restaurant and shopping center. In the announcement, owners Antonella D’Errico and Tinker Quevedo say they expect to open the new restaurant in a few months but didn’t provide an exact opening date. When it opens, customers can expect various delicious Latin street food, as well as several tasty drink options, available with or without alcohol.

Tioga Town Center will be an excellent spot for the company’s second location, with plenty of foot traffic bringing in potential customers. The shopping center is an award-winning 23-acre mixed-use lifestyle center featuring over 30 businesses and 184 luxury apartment homes. As a mixed-use development in Gainesville’s most consistently growing area, Tioga Town Center combines urban style with small-town charm.

Hankin Group, a Pennsylvania-based real estate developer, purchased Tioga Town Center in 2017 and has since been awarded several awards. Tioga seamlessly incorporates retail, office, luxury apartments, and green spaces within a single development. Recognized for numerous awards for quality, design, and innovation, Hankin Group has served home buyers and the building community for over 60 years. Today, the company remains dedicated to its founding ideals of building and operating to superior standards and providing the ultimate experience in service and support.
