The company’s ninth location will move into Celebration Pointe Shopping Center later this year. Owner Eric Holm tells What Now Jacksonville that the company is waiting to get air conditioning at this location and expects to open in November 2023. This will be the second location in the Gainesville area, but the other Peach Valley Cafe, near the Archer Square Center, is temporarily closed. Holms also tells What Now he is also working on a new location for Celebration near Orlando.

Holm founded the restaurant in 2001 and has since served central Florida a delicious variety of breakfast, lunch, and brunch. While each location offers slightly different menus, all sites use the best and freshest ingredients available. The Gainesville site, for example, provides a large spectrum of breakfast favorites. Some favorites include the peach valley skillet, smoked salmon and NY-style bagel, buttermilk biscuit and sausage gravy, all-American egg sandwich, fiesta rancheros, and more. Peach Valley Cafe also offers plenty of pancakes, eggs, salads, and more options.

The eatery will sit next to F45 Fitness in the Promenade at Celebration Pointe. The shopping center is also welcoming other businesses, including The Good Feet Store and Fit2Run. This is just the beginning of the Celebration Pointe, according to the shopping center’s directory. A phase 2 retail project is coming soon, bringing even more businesses to the area. At least ten new businesses will be able to move into the shopping center.
