The fast-casual burger restaurant is the latest from International Restaurant Management Group, which also owns a location in Dolphin Mall in Miami. While the group, led by president Tony Napoliello, owns and operates over a dozen locations throughout the country, this will be its second location in Florida. There is no exact opening date, but IRMG is also working on a new site in Staten Island Mall in New York. The Avenues shopping center has over 150 stories in over 1.1 million square feet.

The restaurant will join several other businesses that have recently opened or are coming soon to the shopping center, including Cielo Azul Cocina Mexicana, Fundom, Eye Center Boutique, Roots + Fruits Juicery, Sugar Kids Spa, and Voupre. The Avenues already has plenty of restaurant options, including Pei Wei, Popeyes, Miller’s Ale House, Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, and more. While the area is already home to two of the country’s most popular chicken restaurants, none of them specialize in burgers the way Burger King does.

The national burger chain recently announced a new item coming to the menu: the Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich, featuring a crispy white meat breast fillet topped with honey mustard, creamy Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes on a toasted potato bun. The new sandwich will be offered at select locations for a limited time.
