The company hopes to move into the former home of the West Elm furniture store building along Buckhead Branch Drive at St. Johns Town Center, according to details found in city review plans first reported by Jacksonville Daily Record. If approved, the building will be demolished, and Pinstripes intends to open a two-story, 26,370-square-foot building on Parcel 4, which is part of the town center’s fourth phase of development. There is no timeline for this opening.

If and when the company lands in Jacksonville, something Pinstripes has been promising since 2019, customers can expect classic bowling and bocce. When guests are not enjoying the entertainment, they’re welcome to enjoy refreshments from the company’s Italian-American bistro, serving a menu of pizza and flatbreads, salads, housemade pasta, and more. There will also be patios, fire pits, and space for private events. The company operates 17 locations in 11 states, with two in Florida and another three locations in development, including a new site in Coral Gables.

“At Pinstripes, we pride ourselves on setting the highest culinary standards possible; we start from scratch,” according to the company’s website. “From wood-fired pizzas to seasonal gelato, each and every Italian-American dish is made in-house. We’re committed to serving quality, locally sourced ingredients in every dish. We take pride in our thoughtfully selected wine list, rotating craft beers celebrating local breweries, and an attractive variety of handcrafted cocktails.”
