A grand opening date is unknown, however, due to the process still being in the early stages, Insomnia Cookies is likely to open in late 2023 or early 2024, pending permits.

A lease for the location was just signed earlier this month. The location coming to Adams St. will be corporately owned and operated.

Insomnia Cookies opened its first Jacksonville location at 4549 Southside Blvd in 2019. The brand is known for being open until three in the morning and delivering cookies straight to each customer’s door. Currently, there are around 250 Insomnia Cookie locations in the country.

The cookie brand showcases a variety of rotating seasonal cookie flavors, like red velvet and chocolate-covered strawberry for Valentine’s Day, as well as permanent offerings like chocolate chip, birthday cake, peanut butter chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and classic sugar cookies. Insomnia also offers a variety of inclusive dietary-specific cookies, like vegan and gluten-free specific flavors, in order to offer something for everyone.

On their website, they also include nationwide shipping to bring cookies to those without a brick-and-mortar location in their town.
