A new sweet shop called The Pink Parlor Ice Cream is preparing to debut in Jacksonville, located at 125 Rainier Lane Unit 8.
The company will open early next month in a brand-new development south of Bartram Springs called Bartram Pointe, according to a recent plan review application submitted to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Owner Debra Alessi-Sromovski expects to open The Pink Parlor Ice Cream in the first week of next month, according to the company’s social media. When it opens, customers can expect 16 ice cream flavors, 22 topping variations, and six sundae options.
The Pink Parlor Ice Cream will have a variety of ice cream flavors available to its customers, including fruit-based options such as black cherry and strawberry cheesecake, as well as dairy-free options. Some fan favorites include Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies N Cream, and Mint Chip, while other flavors include Peanut Butter & Jelly, Espresso Chip, and Cotton Candy. Besides ice cream, the company will also offer cake and waffle cones, as well as ice cream flights, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream floats, milkshakes, and poffertjes, which are Dutch pancakes with a choice of dressing, such as Maple, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Blueberry.
On top of being the newest spot in the area to get a sweet treat, The Pink Parlor aims to be a place for your next birthday party or big event. The company’s upcoming brick-and-mortar also features The Pink Parlor Party Room, a private party room that fits up to 20 people and will satisfy any guest’s sweet tooth. All packages include a make-your-own ice cream sundae bar, music, and a dedicated, fun Pink Parlor coordinator. The company also has add-ons to make your party special, including games, karaoke, and a photo booth. Plus, the party room has a private bathroom just for you and your guests.
