The shopping center has seen plenty of changes in the past few months, most recently seeing a new Whataburger opening at 11559 Atlantic Blvd. Now, a new Starbucks is nearing completion of a brand new location near the fast-food restaurant, according to First Coast News. There is no exact opening date. The shopping center is also welcoming a new Chick-fil-A, as well as a Tesla Showroom. Other businesses in the shopping center include Another Broken Egg Café, Fancy Sushi, and The Baker’s Son by Valerio’s.

While Starbucks is one of the country’s largest and most recognized coffee concepts, the brand has found a sweet spot in Florida, where no immediate locations are nearby. There are four other Starbucks a few miles around this new location in Regency, Holly Oaks, Girvin, Beach Haven, and the University of North Florida. Hopefully, the new site will open by summer, in time for the company’s two new summer beverages: the Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino blended drink and White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew.

In addition to the two new drinks, Starbucks is also offering a new whole-bean packaged coffee, Starbucks Green Apron Blend, which was co-created with over 24,000 Starbucks baristas and is available as brewed coffee and packaged coffee. These new menu items will only be available for a limited time.

“With the Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino, we wanted to take a new approach to the classic combination of mint and chocolate to create a blended coffee beverage that elicits nostalgia for one of our favorite summer treats,” Maureen Matthews of the Starbucks beverage development team said in a new release. “The new white chocolate mint sauce is subtle and creamy, and when paired with the crunch of Frappuccino® chips and a swirl of rich mocha, is reminiscent of mint chocolate chip ice cream poolside on a warm summer day.”
