The development on Gate Parkway near the Jacksonville St. John’s Town Center is a 119,362-square-foot retail and office center comprising three buildings in a burgeoning Jacksonville community. Previously, What Now Jacksonville reported on three concepts coming to the area, but now, a new set of tenants have recently signed, including Fore Score Golf Tavern, according to Intel received by What Now Jacksonville. There is no timeline for the company’s second location.

This is just one of many new tenants coming to The Palms at Gate Parkway, with Foxtail Coffee also recently being announced. Previously, What Now Jacksonville reported on V Steakhouse, V Pizza, and Sidecar Jax Lounge opening at the site. However, owners Paul Scott, David Villmow, Kris Williams, and Jonathan Mark Turner are considering renaming the new steak concept. Fore Score Golf Tavern will provide more entertainment and food and drink options to the area, offering golf simulators, craft cocktails, and delicious bites.

“Fore Score Golf Tavern is excited to bring an elevated fast-casual menu to San Marco along with an inviting bar made for hanging out,” according to the company’s website. “Our goal is to be a local hangout and meetup, where friends can gather, families can make exciting memories, and people make new friends over golf and games! Whether it’s a quick happy hour, an evening activity, or just a spot to grab a glass of wine and catch up, we’ve got you covered in San Marco!”
