The company, founded by CEO Jay Diederich and President Joe Sexton, recently began franchising in February and has since announced plans with 30+ franchises to open new locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, New York, and Pennsylvania, according to a press release. The new Jacksonville sites will be owned and operated by franchise owners George and Leslie Baccash and Donna and Rick Fenchel, multi-unit operators with Orangetheory. There is no exact opening date for these locations.
“Our goal with Ace Pickleball Club is to provide inviting state-of-the-art facilities year-round. From pros to first-timers, everyone gets access to the best courts,” Diederich said in a press release. “We’re thrilled to play a role in professionalizing the sport and making it more accessible than ever to people across the country.”
The first Ace Pickleball Club location opens in July in Roswell, Georgia. The company is also planning to open new locations in Albany, Chicago, Denver, Harrisburg, Fort Wayne, Orange County, and Phoenix. When these locations open, customers can expect readily available premium courts in an inviting and welcoming atmosphere, unlimited open play, and unlimited court reservations. Off the court, members will have a chance to grab food or drinks from the company’s grab-and-go cafe. Ace Pickleball Club will host an active schedule of clinics, leagues, camps, and tournaments.
“We have confidence in our talented franchisees to expand Ace Pickleball Club nationwide,” Sexton said in a press release. “We’re beyond excited to open our doors to these communities and many more to come. Increasing access to the sport of pickleball is our mission.”
