Taqueria Los Cabrones will be opening a spot in Live Oak, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be found at 1100 Ohio Avenue South.
“Building department and Fire Department came in this morning and we passed! Have to fix a couple things for the fire inspection and take out a few 2 person tables from the middle but aside from that we are green lit!” a recent Facebook post states.
“Live Oak Health department Inspector is also stepping up and coming to view the place tomorrow at 8:30 am helping us out tremendously from not waiting 1 week for them. The only Semi bad news is that UNTIL Hotel And Restaurant comes in to do their inspection the Live Oak health department cannot let us take orders inside which will be 1-2 weeks and although that is a heavy blow because I really want you guys to come in to relax we’re going to have to atleast take the order at the door to comply with city regulations atleast until Hotel and Restaurants comes.”
“Tables inside will still have the menus but for ordering we will still have to meet you at the door. after ordering we will still be able to drop off your food and pick up your plates afterwards it’s just ordering that will be a bit chaotic atleast for a week or so. So on that part I’d like to apologize I hope we get our final license to better serve our community as soon as possible.”
No opening date has been announced.
