Franchise owner Andy Patel was recently approved for new construction at the existing location near Subway, according to a plan review application submitted to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The reopening has no exact timeline, but the site is temporarily closed. Considering this is a new construction project, it could take a few weeks, possibly months, to complete, depending on the extent of these renovations.

Franchising is nothing new for Patel, who is the owner of Kwik Trip Oil Co Inc., which also owns and operates several locations of Subway, BP, and more. This will be the group’s eighth Dunkin’ Donuts in Florida. Kwik Trip Oil Co. Inc. also franchises 11 Subway locations and 10 BP gas stations throughout Florida.

“Our stores aren’t just cleaner, bigger, and brighter, they also offer more brand-name merchandise and services to help you get more done all in one place,” according to Kwik Trip Oil Co Inc.’s website. “Here, you can enjoy brand names like Subway, Papa Johns, Dunkin Donuts, and USPS, in addition to services like recharging cell phone accounts online, purchasing cell phone accessories, Bill Pay, and other fine products and services. We are open seven days a week for your convenience, and our friendly staff is always ready to help you find what you want.”
