Hodges Boulevard is the future home of another Culver’s location. The new Culver’s—which will be Jacksonville’s sixth, by our count—is working to open at 4768 Hodges Blvd in Fall 2023.

“It has been excellent so far,” franchisee Don Lichte told What Now on Friday. The Hodges Blvd location will Lichte’s third in Jacksonville. “We’re very happy with the Jacksonville market and the people, and they’re doing very well.”

Culver’s branded Butterburgers come in varieties like the Bacon Deluxe, “with layers of real Wisconsin cheese and crisp bacon,” and the Culver’s Deluxe, with Wisconsin cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and Culver’s signature mayo. The menu also features chicken sandwiches and tenders, plus seafood sandwiches and dinners like the Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp Dinner and the North Atlantic Cod Dinner.

Culver’s Frozen Custard comes in the form of sundaes like the Banana Split and the Turtle Sundae; shakes, in flavors like Chocolate Malt, Mint, Peanut Butter, and Salted Caramel; and Concrete Mixers. For these, guests choose between chocolate and vanilla ice cream and then pack in mix-ins like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Oreos, Snicker’s, cashews, strawberries, and more.

“Culver’s is all about the quality of the food and the hospitality,” Lichte said. “And that’s what makes Culver’s stand out.”
