The company’s newest location looks to be moving into the Arrowhead neighborhood, adjacent to the Courtyard Shopping Center and Mandarin Landing Shopping Mall, according to a plan review application submitted to the Florida Department of Professional & Business Regulation. This will be the second location of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, following the company’s site near St. Johns Town Center. There is no exact opening date, but it will likely be sometime next year.

When the self-described casual fancy restaurant opens, customers can expect a variety of handcrafted wine from around the world and modern casual dining classics made with peak-of-season ingredients. If the wine and delicious food weren’t enough to get someone to try this restaurant, Cooper’s Hawk also offers a Napa-style tasting room and marketplace, where customers can order high-end decanters, wine accessories, and gifts. Anyone interested in taking their relationship with the restaurant can step up and become a wine club member, eligible for exclusive access to special wines and benefits, plus a monthly wine club dinner.

Founder Tim McEnery launched the restaurant in 2005 after noticing that few wineries had an on-site restaurant. Today, the restaurant chain has 54 locations across several states, including Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. There are 15 locations in Florida, including a new site coming to Wellington. The company also plans to open a Cooper’s Hawk in Montgomery, IL; Lansing, MI; and Middleton, WI.
