The new location will move 1.4 miles away from the original site at 1671 Atlantic Boulevard, according to Jacksonville Daily Record. Blueberry Artisan Bakery’s new home will relocate to a building owned and being renovated by property development partner Edward Skinner Jones. He expects the renovation project to start construction this month, with a completion date set for later this year. Owner Mark Janasik is relocating the bakery due to outgrowing its current space with all the wholesale orders.

When Blueberry Artisan Bakery reopens later this year in its new location, customers can expect wholesale pastries and baked goods, including raspberry torte, cheesecakes, cakes, and other vegan options. This is an excellent place for a sweet tooth, as the company proudly offers more than 45 desserts, such as fruit tarts, morning buns, pies, and more. To complete the meal, the bakery also features a small espresso bar. These delicious treats are all made with the best ingredients.

The bakery is one of many restaurant concepts from the Restaurant & Hospitality Investment Group. The group is planning on opening several other concepts this year. Southern Grounds & Co., which already operates four locations in Jacksonville, is opening a new location in the Jacksonville International Airport pre-security this summer. Other upcoming projects from the Restaurant & Hospitality Investment Group include Alder & Oak and Oaxaca Club, which are both expected to open later this year. The group filed the name Blueberry Bakery Jax LLC in May 2022 at the new address.
