Owner Teddy Putnam tells What Now Jacksonville that the new food truck will specialize in “elevated chicken sandwiches” with hand-crafted sauces, from-scratch sides, and hand-cut French fries, among other things. Putnam expects to open the new food truck in the next month but couldn’t provide an exact opening date. When it opens, customers are encouraged to follow the food truck’s social media to know when and where it will be throughout Flagler County.

“THE FOOD IS COMING!!” according to the company’s social media. “Finally got the trailer wrapped. Shout out to Beach House Graphics For making this experience so easy! Check out their page and give them a follow! About a month away from opening. I will be posting food pictures as well as dropping the website in the upcoming days. Please share and follow so everybody can stay up-to-date on any news and locations. Thank you everybody for your support!”

This isn’t the first time Putnam has worked in the food industry, as the business owner has experience working at Olive Garden and Applebees. Now, he’s getting ready to launch his own business with Tab’s Food Truck. While Putnam is excited to get the food truck going, it’s unclear when he expects to open. At the beginning of the year, the company shared with its followers that the food truck is a few months away from opening, and in March, it said it would open next month. With a projected summer opening, the area is getting closer to having some delicious chicken sandwiches.
