“It start three or fours years ago. I got a juicer for Mother’s Day because I really wanted one,” Wollenberg said. “It kind of grew out a desire for me to find more ways to incorporate healthful, anti-inflammatory foods into my diet.”

The rapid success of Wollenburg’s venture has led up to the creation of a new space at 10580 U.S. 1 North Suite 407, in the Shops of Valley Ridge.

“She recently got a $70,000 permit for the interior build-out. The contractor is AEC Integrated LLC,” the JBL reports, adding that the store is expected to be open in the first quarter of 2025.

“The plaza where we’re going is an excellent location, and you’ve got 26,000 to 30,000 people going past that location per day,” Wollenberg said.

Readers can expect a versatile selection of juices, acai bowls, smoothies and other vegetarian options.

“Everywhere you look there’s another fast food chain or an ice cream shop,” Wollenberg said. “You don’t see a juice bar on every corner.”

“We’re going to focus really heavy on plant-forward type things, greens … I want it to be delicious, for people to be interested,” she said. “… get it into their body in a fun way instead of hating that they have to eat their vegetables.”
