The new three-story venue and bar is set to open in a part of the historic Hutchinson–Suddath building, according to Jacksonville Business Journal. This is the latest project from Eric Fuller, an entertainment entrepreneur who owns the Miami-based Fuller Entertainment LLC and BLNK CNVS Presents. Fuller has opened several entertainment complexes, including Celine Orlando, Baby Jane in Miami, and now Decca Live, expected to open in late Fall 2024.

This has been a longtime project for Fuller and his best friend, Evan Rajta, a partner in the project who proposed the idea to Fuller. The two thought this would be a perfect spot for a new venue, considering it sits right along the river, similar to what they’ve done in Tampa and Miami. The project got a boost after the Jacksonville City Council approved a $1.53 million incentives package to help finance Decca Live, which is structured as a forgivable loan. As a result, guests can expect a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue with a separate lounge/rooftop bar that offers a craft cocktail menu.

“For the last few years, my partners and I have been working on something really special for the city of Jacksonville,” Fuller said on his Instagram. “As a UNF grad, I’ve always wanted to bring something impactful back to the city and create something that has the opportunity to be a catalyst for positivity. Music & the arts have the ability to do that and so much more. Our goal is simple: to bring world-class talent to Jacksonville and provide our customers with the best possible experience. Much love to everyone that has had a hand in this project. It has truly been a team effort, can’t wait to hear those first tunes and feel that dance floor shake!”
