Owner Blanca Valencia tells What Now Jacksonville she and her husband, Jesus Valencia, are opening a new site in the Parkway Commons Shopping Center in St. Augustine, located at 650 E Twincourt Trail, Unit 202. The husband-and-wife duo applied for permits for the location last month and hope to open in the next seven to eight months, possibly early next year, according to Blanca. Other eateries coming to this new shopping mall include Parlor Doughnuts and Fancy Q Sushi Bar and Grill.

Blanca tells What Now Jacksonville that the company is also working on a new location in The Fountains, a 23-acre parcel in St. Johns, off Old Country Road 210. While she couldn’t provide an exact opening date or address, she says it is located next to Grumpy’s, located at 155 Fountains Way. The mixed-use development is also the home to Tiger House, Tikka Bowls and Tacos, Sweet Cravings by Shar, and Papaya Thai & Sushi.

What Now Jacksonville previously reported on a new location coming to the East San Marco shopping center at 2039 Hendricks Avenue, which is expected to open by the end of the year. When these three sites open, customers can expect authentic Mexican dishes made with the freshest ingredients, as well as hand-crafted cocktails that are available during happy hour. The owners are also working on a new restaurant called Mr. Chuy Taqueria and Cantina, making its debut at The Exchange at eTown later this year.
