Previously, What Now Jacksonville reported on a new location coming to Neptune Beach at 211 Third Street, opening sometime this month. Now, the company has announced even more locations coming to the area, according to Florida Times-Union. Once the Neptune Beach location opens, Vicous Biscuit expects to open at least four other sites throughout Jacksonville. Company CEO George McLaughlin tells What Now Jacksonville that these locations will be company owned.

This is just the beginning for Vicious Biscuit and the Florida Market. On top of the five new Jacksonville locations, the company is also in talks with a prospective franchisee for the Orlando area and one for the Tampa market, according to McLaughlin. The company currently has three locations in North Carolina and two in South Carolina, with another coming soon to Columbia.

When these locations open, customers can expect deliciously made fresh-from-scratch biscuits stuffed with Southern comfort food. Some of their signature biscuit sandwiches are Silence of the Hams, The Sea Biscuit, The Fat Boy, and The Flame Thrower. Other menu items include biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, eggs benedict, and various healthy options and appetizers.

“Our biscuits are huge. They’re fork, and knife biscuits,” owner George McLaughlin told the Times-Union. “And the ‘vicious’ part about us is not just about how crazy good our food is, but what we’ve done is, we’ve made brunch fun again.”
