Franchise owner Alan Luong is preparing to open the company’s first Florida location in the Publix-anchored Northpoint Village. While there is no exact opening date, this is a significant milestone for the company, which currently has 30 locations in California and one in Arizona. Despite always having the option to franchise, Tastea Boba has never expanded beyond these two states. The company is also working on new locations in San Jose and Silver Lake (Los Angeles).

This week, Tastea celebrated its 22nd anniversary with free boba for all of its customers on that day. The company takes pride in celebrating all of its anniversaries, even for individual stores. For example, the Goldenwest location in Westminster also celebrated its first anniversary with plenty of giveaways and exclusive deals.

When this new Jacksonville location opens, customers can expect the company’s specialteas, including the passion attraction, lychee peachee, and strawberry ecsteasy. For more basic options, Tastea also offers simpliciteas and milk teas, as well as coffee, smoothie, and slushie options. As for food, Tastea offers fries, chicken, and shrimp, plus plenty of add-ons for the drinks.
