While it took almost two years, SoFresh finally landed in Jacksonville last year in The Pavilion at Durbin Park, laying down a foundation for other franchise owners to open within the city. Now, the company is planning to open at least three locations in Jacksonville, according to the company’s website. One of which will be found at Roosevelt Square Shopping Center. Franchise owner AE&G Group LLC, led by Daren and Robert Lee, recently submitted a plan review application for this location.

It’s unclear exactly when the new SoFresh is expected to open or where the other two locations will land. What is known is that the Tampa-based company has no intentions of slowing down its expansion plans. In addition to the three new Jacksonville locations, SoFresh is planning to open new Florida sites in Apollo Beach, Viera, and Wiregrass. The company is also planning to make its debut in Maine and North Carolina soon. When these locations open, customers can expect freshly prepared grain bowls, nutrient-packed salads, flavorful wraps, cheesy quesadillas, and more.

“SoFresh Jacksonville is designed with your busy lifestyle in mind, providing quick, efficient service that suits your pace,” according to the company’s website. “Whether you’re dropping in for a quick lunch break or picking up a healthy dinner, our team is committed to making your experience both enjoyable and convenient. We cater to a variety of dietary preferences with a menu that includes vegan, keto, paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian options, all accompanied by our own freshly made sauces and dressings.”
