The new location is set to move into a vacant spot between BL Nail Spa and Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics in the Knightboxx Village, according to the Florida Times-Union. Franchisees Mark and Patty Carroll hope to open by late August 2024. This is just one of many new locations coming to Florida, with additional sites planned for Jacksonville, Middleburg, St. Augustine, Boca Raton, and Miami. The Carrolls, who are first-time franchise owners, hope to open three to five more Rush Bowls locations.
“We are thrilled to bring Rush Bowls to the Orange Park community,” Patty Carroll tells the Times-Union. “It’s a brand whose mission we truly admire and are honored to be the ones to introduce it to our local neighbors. There is something for everyone … In general, I feel the population is trying to move toward more healthy options, and that’s what we’ll bring. People want to grab something that is quick and is easy and is good for you, not make you feel sluggish and rundown after they eat.”
When these new locations open, customers can expect meals crafted from fresh fruits and vegetables topped with various delicious options, such as organic granola and honey. Rush Bowls was founded in 2004 when founder Andrew Pudalov, a Wall Street executive, left New York’s financial scene to pursue his dream of creating a healthy, fast-casual restaurant that fueled people’s lives with honest ingredients and delicious recipes. The company began franchising in 2016 and has since expanded to at least 23 states, with many more locations in development.
