Located at the former home the We Insure franchise, the near 2,900-square-foot store will soon be connected to a 7,000-square-foot upscale tapas restaurant and cocktail lounge and a 7,000-square-foot patio garden when the project reaches completion, according to the JBJ.

“Prudential Club’s Liquor Store just opened (phase 1) and we are in permitting for Phase 2 (restaurant and lounge). Typically 4-6 months after permit is approved,” owner Phil Visali tells What Now Jax.

Currently, the tapas restaurant and lounge are in the permitting process. Co-owner Phil Visali aims to complete construction about 120 days after the city approves and clears the process.

“At The Prudential Club, the bar experience is nothing short of exceptional,” the official website states.

“Offering a curated selection of premium drinks, the club prides itself on its extensive menu of craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic martini, an artisanal cocktail, or a glass of aged whiskey, the skilled bartenders at The Prudential Club are ready to craft the perfect drink to suit your taste.”

As the lounge is still in very early stages of development, no opening timelines have been publically announced.

What Now Jax briefly reached Mr. Visali to inquire about the upcoming establishment’s menu but he did not immediately provide comment.
