The Caribbean-themed bar/restaurant will be built up at The Fountains at St. Johns near the master-planned Beachwalk community at northeast County Road 210 West and Interstate 95.

Island Wing Company is unique for its serving up of baked or grilled wings, along with fries, burgers, tacos and more appetizers, salads, entrees and a drink menu of over 50 tap craft beers.

“t’s always a fun time on the Island. If you’re looking for good food, delicious drinks, and a lively atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family – look no further. You don’t need a passport to savor some of the best eats and drinks around. We’ve perfected baking, steaming, and grilling so you can find your favorite from our extensive menu including crispy chicken wings, juicy burgers and more,” the official website states.

“Choose the perfect drink from our large draft beer list, frozen drinks, and cocktails. Sit back and enjoy Island Time with us when you stop by to watch the latest game, enjoy live music, or catch up with loved ones. Come find out why it’s always a little better on the Island.”

There is also a Jacksonville permit from July 2023 still under review for an Island Wing in Tamaya Market at 12689 Beach Blvd., at northeast Beach and Kernan boulevards.
