The company’s third location is set to move into a vacant lot near Daft Cow Brewery and Beaker & Flask Wine Co., according to a plan review application recently submitted to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The new location has no exact timeline, but it will likely take a few months before it opens, considering the company was recently approved for new construction. When it opens, customers can expect a variety of sandwiches and wraps, as well as pasta, fruit, soup, and more.

“We love being a part of the growth we’ve seen over the last few years at Tech City. We can’t wait to bring our yummy food to everyone in the area,” Caitlin Burkill, owner of Harvest Thyme Express, said in a press release last year when the company initially leased the space.

The new location will be 2,400 square feet at the San Felasco Tech City (SFTC) in Alachua, the second location in the city following 7415 NW 4th Blvd. The SFTC location will have a combination of indoor and outdoor seating. As for food, the company will continue to serve fresh and delicious food, with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

“Strategically, we’ve waited for the ideal café to come along and fill the need out here,” Mitch Glaeser, CEO of Emory Group Companies and owner of San Felasco Tech City, said in a press release. “Harvest Thyme Express has the quality and selection that our tenants, their employees, and the area residents have long requested. The Café will provide a drive-thru for customers on the go and will be open for breakfast and lunch.”
