According to recent real estate intel, Conie’s Ice Cream will soon debut in College Park, alongside other new establishments.
“We’re closer than we’ve ever been to opening,” VP Brian Kraut tells What Now Jax, citing several delays that have already compromised previous projections.
“The contractors are done, but now it’s up to us to get our stuff up and running. We don’t have an opening timeframe just yet; we think probably around the end of November, but I hesitate to give a hard date. ”
When asked why College Park, Mr. Kraut provides several reasons.
“My wife actually grew up in Southside. I lived in Arlington for some time. When the area became revitalized, we liked the idea of being part of it.”
“We offer a Sweet Treat for everyone. Our ice cream is kosher and comes with a variety of choices including, sugar free options, vegan, and gluten free. We also have many toppings to choose from so that you may create an old fashion treat or create a new favorite,” the official website states.
