Chicken Salad Chick, a “chain outlet specializing in many different types of chicken salads” will continue its expansion into northern Florida with a new Jacksonville outpost at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd.
On the menu — in addition to more than ten chicken salad options, categorized as traditional, spicy, savory, and fruity & nutty — are variations of pimento cheese, fruit and vegetable salads, soups, and sandwiches.
JDR reports that Adkins Construction LLC of Jacksonville is the contractor for the proposed $350,000 build-out of 2,650 square feet for the 64-seat restaurant in Units 306-307.
