According to recent public records, a new chicken-centered establishment is coming to Jacksonville.
Lobo Chicken Bar, an independent establishment, will be coming to 1042 Edgewood Avenue. The restauran will be part of the new Cobo Group’s fleet of upcoming brand. Their rudimentary website does not yet have public information on the group and their plans (“We’re under construction. Please check back for an update soon.”)
However, more public records examined by What Now Jax reveal that in early 2024 the group had requested permits for “an establishment or facility which includes the retail sale and service of all alcoholic beverages including liquor, beer or wine for on premises consumption for Sr Ceviche Jax, LLC.”
No opening date has been set.
