According to recent reporting in JBJ, Jacksonville’s upcoming The HUB, the new mixed-use sustainable urban hospitality project in Jacksonville’s Brooklyn neighborhood, will include Blueberry Bakery.
Spearheaded by local restaurateur Mark Janasik, the growing brand specializes in “more than 45 European inspired desserts, including: truffles, brittle, pies, cakes, cheesecakes, pastries,” per the official website.
Readers may recognize Mr. Janasik as a prolific local restaurateur who owns familiar local brands such as Southern Grounds and the upcoming, neighboring Alder & Oak.
Partners hope to open what will be the fifth Southern Grounds and Blueberry Bakery in 10 to 12 months.
